Currently, he owns and manages 63 self-storage locations across 11 states, totaling 1.9 million square feet. His estimated real estate portfolio value ranges from $150-200 million.

Alongside his entrepreneurial ventures, Nick actively engages with a thriving online community of like-minded individuals, sharing valuable content through social media, a weekly email newsletter with over 100,000 subscribers, and hosting two popular podcasts with over 300 episodes recorded.
